This album was written and recorded over a 2 year period of great growth and self understanding. It all began with the strange incident of chopping off the tip of my right middle finger while cleaning my bike. From that point on I had the strength to make this album, something I wasn't really sure I had. It's hard to overestimate how supportive my friends and bandmates Matthew Murphy and Justin Lazarus were to this project. This album wouldn't exist without them. I can't thank them enough, and I love them deeply.
